You've had the calls
"I don't know what I'm doing with my life."
"I hate my job but I don't know what else I'd do."
"Maybe I picked the wrong major."
And you're sitting there wanting to help—but everything you say seems to land wrong. The advice that worked for your generation doesn't quite fit theirs. You can see they're capable. You just can't figure out why they can't see it themselves.
Here's what I've learned: sometimes the best thing you can do is connect them with someone who isn't you.
Not because you're doing anything wrong. But because a neutral third party can ask questions that don't carry 25 years of history. They can push in ways that don't feel like pressure. And they can help your kid think out loud without worrying about disappointing anyone.
That's what I do.
I work with young professionals—typically mid-20s to early 30s—who are smart and capable but stuck. Uncertain about their direction. Underwhelmed by their options. Or just exhausted from trying to figure it out alone.
Together, we work through 4–6 sessions over 2–3 months, focused on:
• Getting clarity on what's actually wrong (it's often not what they think)
• Understanding their strengths, values, and what energizes them through proven assessments
• Building a realistic path forward—not a fantasy five-year plan
• Navigating workplace dynamics, conversations, and decisions with more confidence
This isn't about finding the "perfect" career. It's about helping them move forward with intention instead of spinning in place.
I spent nearly two decades inside Fortune 100 companies, leading talent and organizational development work. I've been in the rooms where hiring decisions are made, where high-potentials are identified, where leaders decide who gets the stretch assignment and who gets overlooked.
That perspective shapes how I coach. I don't just help young professionals figure out what they want -- I help them understand how organizations actually work, and how to build a career with that knowledge
This tends to be the right fit when they're:
• Employed but feeling stuck or unfulfilled
• Between roles and unsure what to pursue next
• Early in their career and struggling to gain traction
• Overwhelmed by options and can't seem to commit to a direction
• No longer talking to you about it (which worries you more)
If that sounds familiar, let's talk.
Coaching packages start at 4-session engagements. Many parents choose this as a meaningful gift—one that gives their young professional real tools to move forward.
The first conversation is just a conversation—no pressure, no pitch. We'll figure out together whether coaching is the right fit.
