I facilitate the diagnostic work—surveys, interviews, leadership workshops—that uncovers what's really happening beneath the surface. Then I design and deliver interventions that rebuild alignment, restore accountability, and create the breakthrough moments that shift how teams operate.
I coach emerging professionals who are smart and capable but stuck—uncertain about their direction, underwhelmed by their options, or exhausted from trying to figure it out alone. Having spent years in the rooms where hiring decisions are made and careers are shaped, I help young professionals understand how organizations actually work—and how to build careers with intention rather than anxiety.
My years at Fortune 100 companies taught me something critical: sustainable transformation requires both strong systems and the right people to carry them forward. I've led culture initiatives impacting over 15,000 employees. I've also sat across from countless professionals trying to find their footing.
